I started in 2016 as the sole designer tasked with building and growing the design and production department. Over the years, I grew the team and took on further responsibilities, managing all my own clients as well as a team of 8 designers, photographers, and videographers.
After a 2 year hiatus to pursue freelancing, I came back for a 6 month stint to revamp and manage all paid advertising and web presence. I handled everything from web design, UI/UX, SEO, paid advertising, strategy, and social media, the majority of internal design (stationery, vehicle wraps, event collateral, etc.), and provided direction to and mentored the design and media teams.

AD CREATIVE.
Heading into the winter months, window tint is notorious for dropping off in sales, and remote start systems take a massive leap.
With recent changes to ad creative, we've seen a 204% increase in leads, and continues to rise.
My process begins with highlighting a product or service based on previous well performing creatives. After gathering data, I keep the top performing creative, and design variations around the various concepts to hone in on what combinations provide the greatest results.

DESIGN.
Through SEO and UI optimizations, I've been able to pull the website from page four of SERPs to consistently ranking on the first page for our target keywords.
As a result, we've seen traffic to the site increase by over 232%.
VEHICLE WRAPS.
Technically difficult, and a whole lot of fun.
Vehicle wraps were my bread and butter before taking on my current role. Wraps demand precise measurements and a keen eye for how to make odd shapes look good.
I have no doubt in my mind that the hundreds of wraps I've designed have improved my design skills for every other type of project.
APPAREL DESIGN.
Apparel design is one of my favorites. I love being able to wear my work, and I love creating designs that other people want to wear.
Whether for staff, events, merch, or e-commerce, I love it all.
