HEY THERE!
My name is Kye, and I've been eating, breathing, and bleeding all things digital and creative since I discovered Adobe Creative Suite 3 when I was 13 years old.
Over the years, I absorbed as much information and took on as many different types of projects as I could until I began my professional career as a graphic designer in 2016 at Auto Film Solutions.
I was brought on as the first creative, and worked directly with the CEO to develop and grow the design and production department. Since those early days, I've designed over a thousand unique projects from concept to realization, managed a team comprised of designers, photographers, videographers, and production assistants.
I recently oversaw all creative decisions, marketing strategy, and created the copy and creative for all paid advertising. I crunched the numbers, analyzed trends, and pivoted based on what I found. I kept track of the SERP rankings and made adjustments on the site as needed, and redesigned it several times over the years as services expanded and brand image needed updating.
I love creating, I love design, and I love when it matters. I am driven by putting my work into the world, seeing what happens, and then making further informed decisions on where to go next to meet set goals.
ON THE JOB.
I pride myself on my flexibility and speed. Every project I've ever worked on has been unique in some way, and I've built my entire career on being able to use my tools in any situation. While I may not have every different style dialed in, I feel confident in enough in my skills to take any design and make it work anywhere.
My toolbox consists of a plethora of desktop software - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom, Cinema 4D, Otoy Octane, and Maxon Redshift. Online, I'm very familiar with web design platforms like Wix, Elementor, and the like, love pouring over data and optimizing ads for Google and Facebook, and am continuing to deepen my knowledge of Notion and Figma.
What I don't know now, I can learn quickly, and am always happy to learn new software or platforms in order to expand my skills and do any job better.
OFF-WORK.
Outside of work, I've got a ton of hobbies I rotate through, and a ton of animals to hang out with. Pixels run deep with me, so I continue to work on artwork, music, game with friends, or level up my skills with fun projects. I love the outdoors, I love good food, and I love doing all these things with great people.
I'm always open to new adventures, I love trying new things, and am constantly on the lookout for learning opportunities - about people, places, cultures, you name it.
